Know Your Worth

See what great love the father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God. And that is what we are! The reason the world does not know us is that it did not know him. 1 John 3:1

This verse really spoke to me because I have been dealing with and hearing about self worth a lot recently. I myself struggle day to day. We aren't supposed to compare ourselves to others, but sometimes it just happens and you can't help it. Jesus never wanted or wants it to be that way. You are you and no one can copy that. No one can put a price tag on that either. Jesus made us in his own image. To him we are PERFECT. Doesn't it feel good to know that our Father in heaven thinks we are perfect? I think so!! We need to stop tearing ourselves down and pin pointing things on our body we don't like. We are a masterpiece from God. God doesn't care if you got the new Michael Kors purse, or that you get your nails done every week, or that you aren't good at a certain sport. He loves you so so much just the way you are. Embrace your inner and outer beauty!
